1. Definitions & Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between maju44 ("Platform", "we", "company") and the individual who registers or uses the services provided through the maju44 website ("Member", "you"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process.

For the purposes of this document, "Services" refers to all activities available on the platform including online slots, live casino, online baccarat, live betting, sports betting and any games or additional features that may be introduced from time to time.

"Account" means a member's personal profile registered on the maju44 platform, which grants access to the Services. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts involved being terminated without payment of balances.

2. Account Registration & Verification

maju44 account registration is open to individuals who fully meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration
• A citizen or resident eligible under applicable laws
• Has never been banned or prohibited from this platform or any related platform
• Not representing a business entity — accounts are for personal use only
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. maju44 reserves the right to request supporting document verification including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), proof of address or bank account details at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

maju44 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency methods.

Deposits into a maju44 account must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party transactions are not accepted. maju44 reserves the right to hold or reject any transaction suspected of not complying with this requirement.

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks and compliance with the relevant wagering requirements. Withdrawals that do not meet the bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the account and the member must complete the remaining requirements first.

For withdrawals via cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is based on the market rate at the time the request is processed. maju44 is not responsible for any fluctuations in value that occur during the processing period.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

maju44 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. Each active promotional offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be read and fully understood before accepting the bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is RM150 × 20 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus is RM300 bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings earned through qualifying wagers may be withdrawn
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms
• Bets placed at low odds or on excluded games may not count towards the wagering requirement
• maju44 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse

The maju44 VIP programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 0.8% depending on membership level. Members advance through tiers based on consistent wagering activity over the relevant period.

5. Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the maju44 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) or are provided by licensed software suppliers to ensure fairness and results that cannot be manipulated. The outcome of each round or bet is free from external interference.

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots or scripts to control accounts or influence game outcomes
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game results or abuse the bonus system
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — members are responsible for reporting these immediately to support
• Participating in any money laundering activities through this platform

For sports and live betting, maju44 reserves the right to cancel or suspend bets if there is any market irregularity, incorrect information, or technical disruption affecting the outcome. The final result is conclusive based on the relevant regulatory body or official event organiser.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the maju44 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software compilations, is the exclusive property of maju44 or its respective content providers and is protected by international copyright law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for lawful personal use. Any other use, including copying, redistribution, sale, publication, broadcast or modification of any content without prior written permission from maju44 is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

maju44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Fraud, attempted fraud or suspicious activity involving the account
• Holding multiple active accounts at the same time
• Requests from a competent authority
• Account inactivity exceeding the specified period

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the maju44 support team. Any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to there being no unresolved breaches of the terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, maju44 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds, service disruptions or technical issues beyond the company's reasonable control.

maju44 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions or errors at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to minimise system downtime and notify members of any planned maintenance.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

maju44 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.

It is the member's responsibility to check this page from time to time to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

maju44 operates under international licensing. This agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is registered and operates. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the member and the maju44 support team.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to a qualified arbitration body under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
